If you could please attach your PC's DxDiag when submitting a ticket, it will help speed up the process of our support.
Please follow the steps below on how to get the DxDiag.
1.) Search for "DxDiag” on the Windows search tab
2.) The DxDiag window will open. Please click on “Save all information”
The information will be saved in a file named “DxDiag.txt”.
