◆C Drive Install
If the game is installed on a Partition or External Hard Drive then the game may not work properly. Please ensure that the game is installed on

◆Intel Graphics Driver Update
A graphics driver is the software that allow your operating system and programs to use your computer’s graphics hardware.

◆Manually Update Nvidia GPU
In some cases, you may have to manually update your graphics driver. 
One way that may resolve the issue you are experiencing is to visit Nvidia’s website, and check what is the latest version offered for your GPU.

◆Integrated graphics card 
In some cases, the default setting for the game might be using your integrated graphics card instead of a dedicated one. 
In order to fix this you will have to manually add the game's .exe file in your NVIDIA control panel and choose to run it in a high-performance

NVIDIA processor setting by following these steps: 

1. Open the Windows Start Menu 
2. Enter “NVIDIA control panel” into the Search field and run it 
3. Select “Manage 3D Settings” from the option in the left-hand panel 
4. Select the "".exe"" file to change the graphics processor for the game under the ""Select a program to customize"" option 
5. Select your NVIDIA graphics card under ""preferred graphics processor"" instead of the default “auto-select” 
6. Click Accept and you should be all finished 

With this, the next time you launch game, this should properly trigger your dedicated graphic card instead of your integrated one.

◆Verify Game Cache

If you are experiencing start-up issues, or the game will not start up after an update, please attempt the following steps:

1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the “Verify integrity of game cache” button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.
6. Run the game

◆Compatibility Mode

If you are experiencing start-up issues, please attempt the following steps try running the application in compatibility mode:
(Eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2 Sisters Generation)
1. Right click the game application and select "Troubleshoot compatibility mode"
OR
Apply a compatibility mode to the game's .exe file
- Go to the folder where this game is located and find a file called "NeptuniaReBirth2.exe"**. Upon locating the file, right-click it and

select properties.
- In the properties window, select the "Compatibility" tab, and under "Compatibility mode", check the box that says "Run this program

in compatibility mode for:" and select one of the operating systems available. Typically people will select "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)"

and above. Press "OK" and try launching the game.

◆Verify Anti-virus/Security Software Compatibility
Certain Anti-Virus applications such as AVAST, AVG 735, Nod32 and Norton have been confirmed to cause instability with Steam and

Source Engine games. Please confirm if your anti-virus application is not interfering with the game’s save files.
